It does not matter if the service is for a 1 oz. Package or a 25 lb. Box. We charge the same rate.
We even provide our customers with a signed receipt for each delivery, free of charge!

With our electronic slip program, each customer can access signatures on line as well
as tracking their deliveries.

In the event Same Day Service is required, we will immediately dispatch a
courier to pick-up and deliver your documents. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our subpoena/ process service is guaranteed. We will attempt first service within 24 hours.
Naturally, there is no charge if your subpoena/process is not served. We also provide a Proof of Service,
which conforms to the Rules of Court and is suitable for filing. In addition, as a next day customer,
we do not charge for the delivery of your documents to our process service department. We also provide our
customers with the opportunity to prepare subpoenas and skip traces on-line. All you need
to do is click on Process Service and fill-in the blanks. Your service is an e-mail away.
Finally, through much demand by our
clients, we now offer Process Service.
